Peninsula Student living meets some of the best standards for student accommodation and is ANUK accredited. Peninsula will build on the reputation of the PCMD, PAHC, the University of Plymouth and UCP Marjon in offering outstanding university student accommodation in an unrivalled location for the courses being studied.

The building is contemporary in design and is highly insulated, meeting the highest standards for sustainable living and renewable energy. There are 123 en-suite rooms across two separate buildings 3 and 4 storey high comprising of up to 8 bed clusters.

Adgective were instructed by Pillar Land Securities to design and market the scheme across the Plymouth and wider area. The brief was to create a fresh new identity for the development as well as flyers, adverts and a fold out brochure.
