Devington Park

Devington Park is Grade II listed, and forms an elegant landmark scheme comprising of luxury, secure apartments, townhouses and the unique ‘Priory’. The conversion of these classical buildings is now complete and they are set in 11 acres of private grounds, with a secure gated entrance and allocated parking spaces.

Adgective created the sales brochure to be used in their marketing suite and any addional marketing events to help sell these fantastic homes. The brochure had to capture the grandness of the scheme to help promote that to potential buyers.

A new logo was created in order to help promote this in other ways via newspaper advertising and other sales based marketing avenues.
