Millfields Trust

The Millfields Trust is a not for profit company based in Plymouth, and was set up to enable local people to contribute to the regeneration of the Stonehouse area of Plymouth. In the spring of 2000 the Millfields Trust took responsibilty of three buildings and a further large unit within the Stonehouse area and offers small business units for local businesses. After just 15 months of occupation, the trust had secured 100% occupation rate having let all 36 letable units.

It now continues to be a great success with a wide diverse range of businesses using the facilities.

Adgective won a tender to create the 2010 Annual Review. After the main brief was received Adgective got to work creating this 28 page document which could be given to all tenants and those who requested it. The review had to incorporate the company identity but Adgective were given full design rights as they wanted to move away from previous years designs, bringing the overall feel up-to-date.
