Planning Permission has been granted for one hundred single bed pods, together with an array of additional leisure facilities. Planning Permission is being sought for a Wave machine, which will greatly enhance the facilities. It is hoped that, when complete, facilities will include a wave machine, pool, gymnasium, sauna, climbing wall and restaurant similar to Hard Rock Cafe.

With these “in-house” facilities it is hoped to increase the “season” beyond the summer months - even to a 12 month occupation.

Adgective were instructed by Trathen Properties to create a new identity and pre-marketing brochure to help sell the scheme to potential investors and banks. A final brochure was then create to help sell the scheme to the public and landlords.

The overall design had to attract a certain buyer as this was aimed at those who enjoys surfing, wind-surfing, watersports and the beach lifestyle.
